Concept
The main idea of the closed complex MONTEALTO RESIDENCES is the creation of the private little World where silence ,peace and the most modern and comfortable life prevail. Porto Montenegro - 8 km (15 minutes)
It`s a luxury yacht complex, situated in the Bay of Kotor. It`s the UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is a marina for 450 berths with the world class infrastructure where you can find shops ,restaurants ,bars, different sports ,entertainment and cultural facilities.
KOTOR — 6 km (10 minutes)
It`s one of the most famous historic sites in Montenegro. Its location, landscapes, rich historical heritage and the UNESCO status make this place a must-see for all the people who arrive in the country. Kotor is located deep in the Bay of Kotor at the foot of Mount Pestingrad which is 1 km high. The Bay is often called the southernmost fjord of Europe because of its visual similarity with the fjords of Norway.
Plavi Horizonti – 12 km ( 20 minutes)
It`s one of the best and most famous beaches in Montenegro. The length of the beach is 350 metres, it has sandy cover ,the entrance into the water is gentle. The sea is shallow so the beach PLAVI HORIZONTI is ideal for couples with children.
Vrmac ( from the threshold of your house)
It`s a mountain and peninsula where villas Emilia,Olivia,Alcantara and Magnolia ( the complex MONTEALTO) are located. The mountain range Vrmac is the continuation of the Mount Lovcen . The Vrmac has several peaks. The highest mountain peak is called Sveti Ilija. It`s 765 metres above sea level. And from this height you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of popular tourist towns – Kotor and Tivat.
The old walking paths that have been used by local residents for many centuries are still preserved here. They start just right from the doors of our complex. All the peninsula is covered with the road network and the forts that were built at the times of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
